All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new prices.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Archema Labs and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Our autonomous signal detection technology is patent pending.

5.2 License to Use

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our source code
Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build a similar service
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

7. Third-Party Content

The Service includes news content from third-party sources. We do not endorse or warrant the accuracy of this content. Our intelligence signals are generated by AI and should not be the sole basis for financial, business, or policy decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCHEMA LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Archema Labs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
